Congratulations, Michelle Finlayson! Michelle is a Schwarzkopf Professional Education Supervisor for Western Canada, and an Essential Looks Artist. She is also a salon owner of Kick Hair & Body in Edmonton, Alberta.

"I was inspired by past icons like Twiggy, Brigitte Bardot, Madonna and Janet Jackson. Giving a soft note to these pop culture icons but adding a modern twist with the color palette and techniques.  The hair color for this collection was about subtly, and the power of simple and effective techniques. Not over-complicated, or in your face. There is a femininity and approach-ability to each one of the looks."

"Motivation, passion and challenging ourselves is what this is all about for me! This collection is about pushing my color to the next level and creating techniques with a tailored finish. Inspired by the runways and designers like Balenciaga, were drawn to the splattered or cracked paint design. By keeping make-up pure, background clean and the wardrobe design black and white kept the tailored coloring techniques fresh and on point."

Congratulations, Robin Bacon! Robin is a Schwarzkopf Professional Essential Looks Artist. Based in Barrie, Robin can be found at a long time salon partner, Giovanni and Perri.

"My inspiration for my collection CELESTIAL came from Nebulas, which look like explosions of color gently suspended in space. I wanted to recreate that with hair. I used multiple textures including looping and crimping and used creative color placement to elevate the texture in the hair. I used over 300 safety pins to add dimension to one of my looks."
